I’m lucky I know, but I want to go home

Another winter day has come and gone away and I want to go home. Let me go home.

I miss my mom, my best friend. I’m so lucky to be here and I love the second family I have here. But I just miss being at home with my mom and being able to talk to her. I miss my dad’s encouragement. I miss my little brother. And my dogs<3 I miss having my own space. I need a break.
